Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have exactly 1 week from when the product was delivered to contact us if there are any damages.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All cosmetic products can no be returned that goes for hair tools as well. We also do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We can no except any returns due to these being beauty products.

Exchanges
We don’t except exchanges. 

Refunds
